As much as I do love typing out my feelings on social networks, I find myself neglecting my journal too frequently. As you can see from my previous entries, they tend to be ever so and so years. Perhaps if I had enough interest in making it look as good as the ones I've seen out there, I could reconsider.
Anywho! Hi everyone, as you can see, it has been almost a year since made any substantial updates, I've been spending time trying to 'find myself' you know? Work out what my style is. For quite some time I claimed to not have one, maybe I was wrong. I seem to have found my footing in what I like doing, and what I'd like to continue doing. See I usually try everything and anything, in order to learn techniques and help me decide what I'd want to do for the rest of my career. Really try to establish what my portfolio would consist of. I wouldn't like to fill my portfolio with something I can do, but don't enjoy as much as others. SO! I must make that step to consider my strengths and my passion, within my passion. Haha
After studying Graphic Design for two years, I've continued my education and now study Illustration and Animation. Those who know me, know the countless creative courses I have taken up in my life time, from Primary school to University. I don't exactly plan to stop either, I love learning new things and another thing I love more, is combining what I've learnt. I love the idea of merging practices and creating something worthwhile, and for that reason, I continue to learn and implement. The result of this however, is that my next work tends to look significantly different from the previous. As to whether this is because I do get bored drawing the same thing over and over, or whether it is the case of me still trying to find my golden nugget, I'm not too sure. I'll keep creating and find out eventually.
That's a little something for those who are trying to understand me, not exactly sure if that was much help though. Lol
Ciao, I'll be back with more stuff, promise.
